Hi, I would firstly like to thank the editor for choosing my image (Norman Foster Dome) this image was inspired by the amazing architectural design of the glass. The free flowing shape along with the shadows encouraged me to go for a panoramic shot. I wanted to allow the viewer of my image to really feel the powerful perspective of the building and I feel I have achieved this. You can see more images on my website,

Thanks Editor!! - it’s the first time that I have entered a photograph (London Eye) into a competition and I’m absolutely delighted to have been selected. I must say Claire’s image is fantastic - will give the fish eye a try!!

Thanks for including my photo in the gallery, its the first time I have submitted a picture so really pleased.
My picture was part of the inside of the Capitolla in Havana, Cuba. I took this picture because when you looked up inside the colours jumped off the ceiling, I was on holiday at the time and to be honest took lots of photos as the architecture & life in Cuba is so amazing.

Though I loved Andrew Butler’s windmill (it looked moody enough to be part of the end of the world) Anna Ramsden won it for me. Gaudi’s shapes are so sensual and I loved the light and dark against the intense blue background.
